Cancellation Policy
Luxurious Esthetics Booking Policies By booking an appointment with Luxurious Esthetics, you agree to the following policies: Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will go toward the total cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is canceled at any time. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on the total service cost. Your deposit will be applied toward this fee, and any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. No-Call / No-Show Appointments Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. No-call/no-show clients may be required to pay for future appointments in full before booking again. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on the schedule for the day. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or be treated as a late cancellation. Lash Fill Policy Lash fill appointments must be scheduled within 2–3 weeks of your previous appointment and must have at least 40–50% of lash extensions remaining. If less than this remains, the appointment may be considered a full set and charged accordingly. Foreign Fill Policy Luxurious Esthetics does not guarantee fills on lash work done by another lash artist. A removal and full set may be required depending on the condition of the lashes. No Extra Guests or Children To maintain a relaxing and safe environment, no extra guests or children are allowed at appointments unless they are being serviced. Card on File Authorization By booking an appointment, you authorize Luxurious Esthetics to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation, no-show, or policy fees in accordance with these policies. Appointment Confirmations As a courtesy, appointment reminders may be sent prior to your scheduled service. Clients are responsible for confirming their appointment. Appointments that are not confirmed may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling. Please ensure your contact information is correct so you receive reminders and updates regarding your appointment. but
